2000-2005 Celica GTS 2ZZ ARP Head Stud Kit - 203-4302
This stud kit is specifically designed for the Toyota 2ZZ-GE engine (works in all make and model years powered by 2ZZ engine). It provides superior clamping for the cylinder head, improving head gasket sealing. These studs are also re-usable, unlike the stock head bolts.
Kit includes 10 studs, 10 12-point nuts, 10 washers, ARP assembly lube, and assembly instructions.
The studs in this kit are made of ARP’s proprietary ARP2000 material. Boasting 220,000psi tensile strength these are simply the strongest head studs you can buy anywhere for the 2ZZ. Overkill? Probably. But you know they’re the best.
Torque Spec:
70 ft-lb with ARP lube
80 ft-lb with 30WT oil
Torque only to the spec above, do NOT turn an additional 90 degrees.
